Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will issue a replacement or a full refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
